April 8, 2021: PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Butte County Air Quality Management District
(District) Governing Board is holding Public Hearings by Zoom as part of our regularly scheduled Governing Board meetings to consider adoption of the District’s 2021- 2022 Fiscal Year Budget.
The time and date of the Public Hearing set for adoption of the proposed Budget, is Thursday, June 24, 2021 at 10:00 a.m., at the Butte County Association of Governments Board Room, 326 Huss Drive Suite 100, Chico, CA.
All written comments should be filed with the District’s Board Clerk, 629 Entler Avenue, Suite 15 – Chico, CA, no later than June 11, 2021.
In addition to the Thursday, June 24, 2021 Public Hearing to adopt the proposed Budget, the District Governing Board is holding a special Public Hearing, to review the Budget and provide an opportunity for public comment on the proposed Budget. The time and date of this special Public Hearing is set for Thursday, April 22, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at the Butte County Association of Governments Board Room, 326 Huss Drive Suite 100, Chico CA.
